A 59-year-old man driving his Jeep west of Hailey was involved in a single car accident. The accident was on Croy Creek Road on Monday night. The driver was thrown from the vehicle. Testing has revealed that some toothpaste made in China contains the harmful ingredient diethylene glycol. The FDA has issued a product recall for all toothpaste made in China.
