  A single-car accident caused a Chevy pickup truck to catch on fire and injure two people. The car accident happened on the north side of Galena Summit on Highway 75.   A 17-year-old boy was employed by the Ramada Inn in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. He worked as a waiter and dishwasher. He was killed after leaving work while intoxicated with alcohol and getting into a car accident. His parents have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the hotel.
