Two Kootenai County residents have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a man who was pulling two flatbed trailers behind his truck. The two mem were passengers in a car that collided with one of the trailers when it crossed the center line and drifted into oncoming trafic. The driver, the brother of one of the passengers, was killed in the accident.
