The civil trial of a women convicted of running over her husband was postponed due to icy weather conditions.

Clara Harris was convicted of murder in February 2003, after driving her Mercedes Benz over her husband several times in July 2002. She had confronted him at a hotel with his mistress. David Harris's parents are suing her for $5 million dollars in the wrongful death case. Closing arguments have been postponed until the weather improves. Harris repeatedly pleads the Fifth Amendment when she was questioned.
